Yes, it means the year you are going to graduate from high school.

Reply:Facebook was originally a network only open to college students, so that's why they ask for your school and year. By year, they mean your year of graduation. (i.e. class of 1996 in my case).





Now, Facebook is open to anyone but the old templates still remain. You don't have to fill them in.
