Can somebody give me a overview of John Greys' book, 'two faces of liberalism'?

Iam currently doing A-levels in philosopy and politics, and was advised by my philosophy teacher to read this book. however, iam finding it very diffecult to manage, and, consequently could do with somebody to write me an overview (basic concepts suchlike) of this book to help me with it. like a guide would be nice.^^ thnx.

Can somebody give me a overview of John Greys' book, 'two faces of liberalism'?
