Has anyone read the book The Humanure Handbook? What did you think of the idea?

http://www.weblife.org/humanure/ is a copy of the book online. I've read it, I thought it was a really in-your-face book that made many good points, and I couldn't really find anything wrong with the concept. I just wanted to know what others think.

The Humanure Handbook seems to be THE book to read about this practice.
Reply:I haven't thought of it. You'd want to compost for a very long time though, to prevent the spread of disease. Since I have a septic tank instead of city sewer lines, I guess I'm fertilizing my lawn with it.
