well, o.k he's real devil person he always harass the students and he threw a huge dictionary on my face including some books for no reason i have complaint it to the principal but he couldn't do anything, what should i do?
p.s it's really important to take revenge he is getting over the top.
My teacher threw a huge dictionary on my face, what to do?
He's probably the kind of teacher who obsesses about a specific subject. I'll take a guess here in that he's into literacy in a big way. Throwing a dictionary at you probably isn't the best thing to do either. I'd say he's very frustrated teacher in need of some serious long service leave. Basically he needs to get away from the school and have a break. I'm sure what he did to you wasn't right but getting revenge makes you worse than him.
If he really is getting over the top then maybe he's on the verge of a mental breakdown. If that's the case then you should talk to your principal again preferably when he or she is not busy and further stress your worries or better still talk to him about it but calmly and try and see if you can work what's bugging him that's what I would do.
Reply:Did he throw it at you in front of witnesses? If so, tell your parents and have them call the police. File an assault charge and watch his *** get fired.
If he didn't do it in front of witnesses, you're screwed for now. Just wait for him to slip up again and take advantage.
Reply:if you got spare money for court expenses, then go ahead do it UFC style, i was once a victim of those kind of devils ,when i was in 3rd grade i was slap at the nape by my teacher in a filipino subject,,,he even said that he was a blackbelter,,,that was way back then, i havent seen them yet,... the other one was scout master, i was then in grade six, he went inside the bus and started slapping all the boy scouts, and stated that he has a 5 pounder fist, i dont know what it means , ... i suggest not to take the law into your own hands,,,, but for me my hands ,elbow, knee, feet will do the talking, and let them tatse some sort of police brutality....even if it will mean my expulsion from the service.
Reply:Tell it to the police. He's taking advantage of his authority. And remember, no one's above the law.
Reply:Bring a portable tape recorder to class, and record the off-the-rails teacher. Sounds like teacher needs a long vacation.
Put the incident in writing, and have all the witnesses sign it.
Lastly, make sure you do nothing to tick him off, do your homework, and start reading the dictionary!
Guide 4 Free and Jason M's answers are excellent, but if this teacher's as bad as you claim, you NEED CONCRETE EVIDENCE before you can proceed with any action against him.
